How can we help more women progress, lead and thrive in our industry?

The AGES Women Empowerment Initiative is moving forward across three areas:

* A voluntary members’ charter – developing a survey to better understand women’s representation, career progression and retention, including the role of flexible working.

* Cross-association collaboration – preparing to connect with fellow industry associations to share experiences, learn from existing initiatives and explore opportunities to work together.

* A mentoring pilot – creating connections to support career development, leadership, confidence and balancing work and life.

Thank you to the members contributing their time, ideas and experience to this work. Their input is helping turn shared ambitions into practical next steps.

We look forward to sharing progress and findings at our Eindhoven gathering on 21–23 March 2027.
