Role & Mission: Help us to shape the future of AGES

Dear AGES community,

What should AGES stand for over the next ten years, and how can we deliver greater value to our members?

Building on the foundations of our new identity, this initiative will bring members together to explore these questions and help shape the next chapter of AGES.

As our industry evolves and our customers’ expectations change, we have an opportunity to take a fresh look at our purpose, the support we provide and the role we want to play.

The working group will explore:

• The role AGES should play in our industry and the impact we can have.
• The services and support that will best meet our members’ needs.
• How we can remain relevant and create opportunities for members and their customers.

Hans Verhoeven (MTD Holding B.V.) will chair the initiative, supported by group leaders Caylie Wood (The Team) and Ed Lyons (PKL).

We would like to invite four or five additional members to join the working group. Through a series of video calls, participants will share ideas and help shape proposals, with a progress update presented at our annual conference in Eindhoven in March 2027.
