The AGES Annual Event 2026 will take place in Munich, Germany, from 22 to 24 March 2026, bringing together Partner, Members and Associate Members from across the global event suppliers ecosystem.
Hosted by NÜSSLI and EPS, this year’s gathering will continue AGES’ commitment to Connection, Innovation, Sustainability and Education. The programme will combine strategic discussions, industry insights and collaborative sessions designed to address the evolving challenges and opportunities facing international event suppliers.
The Annual Event remains a key moment in the AGES calendar. It provides a dedicated space for senior leaders to exchange perspectives, strengthen relationships and shape the association’s strategic direction.
The General Assembly Meeting will take place at the close of the event, offering Members the opportunity to review progress and contribute to the next phase of AGES development.
Munich 2026 will build on the momentum of previous editions, reinforcing AGES’ role as a leading platform for collaboration within the global event suppliers ecosystem.
