I’m Dennis Ambaum, International Sales Coordinator at Neptunus Structures, where I started my career in 2022 after completing my commercial studies.

I began as a tent builder to understand our structures from the ground up, gaining hands-on experience on sites across the world and contributing to large-scale events and temporary structures. This foundation gave me a deep understanding of our products before moving into my current international sales role, where I support clients in delivering both event and semi-permanent structures across and beyond Europe.

My motivation for joining the AGES Future Leaders initiative is to broaden my perspective within the industry, exchange knowledge with peers from other companies and continue contributing to the development and innovation of our sector.”

Fleet Planner, MTD

Hi! My name is Robin Broens and I am a Fleet Planner at MTD. We provide complete turn-key solutions for drinking water and wastewater, using overlay systems for events and industries all across the world. After two years at MTD, I have a solid understanding of our operations and how we manage these projects. I joined this initiative because I am very curious to see how other companies in our sector operate. I look forward to sharing my experience and gaining fresh insights from the perspectives of other companies within our industry!”

Hi, my name is Sophie Currie and I am a Business Development and Partnerships Manager at SLX. I focus on the Sports and Major Events sectors. Since joining SLX three years ago, I have had the privilege of working on projects including the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games.

I was motivated to join the Future Leaders initiative to learn from peers across similar industries and explore how, through AGES, we can better position the events supply chain as a visible and credible career path for the next generation.”

I am Faye Fulcher and I am a Client Services Manager at Wasserman Live, where I have spent seven years delivering large-scale international sporting events. I began my career at 18 as an Account Executive and has progressed into managing global Basketball, NFL, Tennis and major event projects, building strong expertise in branding, production, and international logistics.

I am is passionate about collaboration, continuous learning, and developing high-performing teams. I have joined AGES Future Leaders to expand my global industry network, gain new perspectives, and contribute to shaping the future of event delivery.”

”I’m Tesni Kerens, Project Manager at Creative Technology UK, where I have been working for three and a half years within the Music and Touring sector. After starting as a Project Support Specialist and progressing into Project Management, I have delivered a range of major festivals, concert tours and special events, including Lana Del Rey’s 2025 UK and Ireland Tour, Live Nation festivals such as Reading and Leeds, Wireless and Download, as well as the Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool.

My motivation for joining the AGES Future Leaders initiative is to meet other young professionals across the industry, gain insight into how different companies operate and continue learning from those around me while contributing my own experience.”

” I’m Dimitri Lacroix, working for GL events for now 4 years and in the event industry for 8 years.

After being involved in several major projects’ deliveries (RWC France 2023, 2024 Paris Olympics, Ryiadh COP16, 2026 Nagoya Asian Games and 2026 Milano Cortina Olympics) either as head of technical or head of overlay, I recently joined the International Division Business Developpement Department as Technical Coordinator.

My motivations and expectations regarding AGES Young Leaders Program are firstly to expand my professional network within the industry and support the organization in structuring our practices.”

”My name is Lisan Thommassen, I’m 29 years old and I work for Movico BV, based in the Netherlands. Within Movico, I fulfill the role of HR Specialist. ”I’m Daniël Zwaan, Head of Production at Backbone International, where I have been part of the team since 2019.

With a background in technical production and automation, I started my career as a system technician in lighting before moving into automation operator roles within Stage Entertainment and Eventions Group. Over the years, I progressed from on-site technical roles into production leadership, and today I oversee complex productions and technical delivery at an international level.
