Christoph SCHOLZ is Director of Exhibitions and International Projects and a member of the management board at Semmel Concerts, one of Europe’s leading live entertainment promoters. Founded in 1991 and part of the EVENTIM LIVE network, Semmel Concerts produces more than 1,500 events each year and attracts over five million visitors worldwide.
Christoph leads the Semmel Exhibitions division and oversees major international touring productions including Tutankhamun: His Tomb and His Treasures – An Immersive Adventure, Marvel: Universe of Super Heroes, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Beyond Amazing, and Disney: The Exhibition – A Century of Magic, which together have welcomed more than nine million visitors globally. He also directs major touring projects such as Hans Zimmer Live.
Outside his professional activities, Christoph and his wife restored a 300-year-old tavern near Bayreuth, now known as Stöckelkeller, a cultural venue hosting exhibitions, events and a comic book library.

Angela Selkirk is a senior public-sector professional with over 15 years’ experience delivering large-scale entertainment and cultural events across the GCC. She is recognised for leading complex operational planning and on-ground delivery that enhances visitor experience while supporting cultural legacy and sector development. Angela has held senior operational roles on landmark projects including Expo 2020 Dubai and MDLBEAST Soundstorm Festival, overseeing health and safety, security, crowd management, and event control at scale. A collaborative leader, she is committed to developing talent and strengthening the region’s entertainment and events ecosystem.

Folkert Koopmans is the CEO and founder of FKP Scorpio Konzertproduktionen GmbH. After working as a freelance promoter and talent buyer for leading clubs like Große Freiheit 36 and Docks, he established FKP Scorpio in 1990. The company has since grown into one of Europe’s largest event organisers, with ten international offices and more than 400 employees. Its festivals include Hurricane, Southside, Highfield, M’era Luna, and major events across Finland, Denmark, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Koopmans has worked with artists such as The Rolling Stones, Taylor Swift, and Ed Sheeran, and has expanded into family entertainment and large‑scale exhibitions like Disney100 and Jurassic World.

Marion Schöne has served as General Manager of the Olympic Park Munich since 2017, leading one of Europe’s most iconic event venues. Under her leadership, the park continues to evolve as a sustainable and internationally recognised destination for sport, culture and large-scale events.
Alongside her role in Munich, she is Vice-President of the European Association of Event Centres (EVVC). Since 2019, she has also been a member of the International Olympic Committee’s Sustainability and Legacy Commission and serves on the Women in the Economy Committee of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria.
She is committed to strengthening sustainability in event venues and actively supports initiatives that promote greater representation of women in leadership across the industry.

Henning Wehmeyer is CEO of EXPO 2035 Berlin GmbH and of EXPO 2035 Berlin Beteiligungsgesellschaft der Deutschen Wirtschaft. Dr Dušan Borovčanin is a globally recognised expert in tourism strategy, international events, and destination development, with a strong track record of leadership at the intersection of government, industry, and academia. He played a key executive role in the development and global positioning of EXPO 2027 Belgrade, one of Europe’s most significant upcoming international exhibitions.
As former CEO of the Serbia Convention Bureau, he advanced Serbia’s standing in the global meetings industry. An Assistant Professor and published researcher, he is also a frequent keynote speaker at major international forums and has been featured in leading global media, including Fortune, USA Today, and Gulf News.
