AGES Annual Event 2026 l Munich

The AGES Annual Event is our community’s key gathering; a moment for Partner, Members and Associate Members, together with invited industry peers, to connect, share insights and shape the future of the global event ecosystem.

From Sunday 22nd to Tuesday 24th of March 2026, the AGES community will meet in Munich, hosted by the NÜSSLI Group and EPS, for three days of collaboration, discussion and exchange at The Charles Hotel, one of the city’s most elegant and welcoming venues.

Each year, the event brings together leaders from across the global event supplier community to reflect on industry developments, share operational perspectives and explore how our sector continues to evolve.

This page brings together the essential information for participants, including programme highlights, speaker information and practical details for the days ahead.
